Finca with great views of the mountains and within walking distance of the centre of Pollensa. Finca Lavanda is a modern holiday home with a beautiful garden and pool area. Billiards & table tennis table are available.
Finca Lavanda is located approx. 300 metres from Pollensa, in the so-called La Font area. The centre of Pollensa's old town is within walking distance and the harbour can be reached in a few minutes by car. Shopping facilities and restaurants are also within easy reach. The beautiful old town of Pollensa has an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow alleyways, while during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.
The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa is around 6 kilometres away and has a long promenade with wonderful views of the bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach offers a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.
With its challenging mountain routes, the area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses in the area at their disposal. There is a wide range of water sports on offer in the Bay of Pollensa, which is one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors.
Finca Lavanda is a charming holiday home with fantastic views of the mountain landscape around Pollensa. It is a semi-detached house, with a neighbouring house to the rear. The pool and garden are at the front with views of the mountains, ensuring a high degree of privacy.
The living room and dining room are on one level and have ample seating and a table with room for six people. From here there is direct access to the terrace and barbecue area with views of the garden and pool. On the opposite side of the entrance hall is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen.
From the entrance hall, a staircase leads to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. The two twin bedrooms share a separate bathroom, while the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. All three bedrooms have the same magnificent views of the villa's grounds and the surrounding mountains. All bedrooms have air conditioning h/c with set operating times (17:30 to 19:30 and 22:00 to 09:00).
Finca Lavanda has a wonderful pool and a large lawned garden with fantastic views of the imposing mountain landscape. Between the house and the pool there is a large pergola with dining table, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, work surface and sink, dining area as well as a pool table and a table tennis table.
Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
