Villa Marquet is a delightful Mallorca Villa located mid-way adjacent and set back off the country road that leads from old town Pollensa down to the sea and Bay of Pollensa. The villa offers paved garden surrounds, with large covered terrace and covered BBQ.Entry gates lead you into the grounds of the Villa which has small lawn area on both the right and left of the driveway along with established palm trees and parking area.  A small gate takes you further into the grounds of the villa.
Front door under the covered terrace, opens into a spacious entry.  To the left is the open/ plan dining room, with its split level lounge and flat style TV.Infront of the entry door leads directly into the well equipped modern kitchen.  There is a door that leads off the kitchen to the utility with washing machine. A door leads out from the utility to the exterior.To the right of the entry leads into a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes.  Door from entry opens into a corridor, on the right a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and a double bed with fitted wardrobes, on the left a small shower room with step in shower recess. At the end of the corridor is a complete bathroom. Spiral staircase takes you up to the second floor and a further twin bedroom with freestanding wardrobe.There is a super large covered terrace that houses terrace furniture and dining table.  This terrace is adjacent to both the lovely pool which is located to the side of the Villa, which is accessed by three low steps, and the covered BBQ, adjacent to the terrace, which offers ideal spot for al fresco eating. 
Surrounding the pool on three sides area terraces and a hedge that gives privacy. At the far end of the pool is a pretty paved garden setting.  Adjacent to the pool is an exterior shower room with shower, WC and hand basin.A very nice Villa in Pollensa, not only comfortably furnished in traditonal Mallorcan style,yet includes within its décor many of the owners Art works adorned on its walls throughout the Villa, its location being only approx 5 mins drive down to the sea one way  and to the historic town of Pollensa the other way, with all its amenities of chic cafes, and abundance of restaurants to choose from offers an ideal Pollensa Villa for all.
