Villa Luz is a charming Villa in Pollensa set in the countryside just a short distance drive from old town Pollensa with its abundance of excellent restaurants, galleries and shops. This Pollensa Villa has lovely views of the mountains in the distance beyond and set in a tranquil area.
The villa gates open into a private driveway that leads directly to the Villa. Three stone steps lead up to the large covered terrace over the front door.
Front door opens into an open-plan light and airy lounge/dining area. The lounge with its pretty décor that includes curtains made from traditional Mallorcan fabric design and comfortable sofas.  The dining table and chairs also are in typical Mallorcan style, completing this delightful room.A stone archway leads off the lounge to the bedrooms. To the right is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and private ensuite shower rooom, an addition to the Villa 2014.
