This beautifully restored single-storey villa is situated in the peaceful countryside between Pollença, Port Pollença and Cala San Vicente and offers a comfortable holiday home. A covered terrace next to the Roman-style swimming pool offers a shaded area to relax and enjoy al fresco dining, while the sunny pool area and large garden provide a great place to soak up the sun.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and plenty of cooking utensils; you will also find a small utility room with a washing machine and sink.
On the other hand, the living room is equipped with satellite television, DVD player and other amenities. The stained glass windows overlook the terrace.

The house has 4 bedrooms (1 double and 3 twin), all with air conditioning (with limited hours). The double bedroom and two of the three twin bedrooms have access to the terrace. It also has three bathrooms (1 with a bathtub and 2 with a shower).
