Apartment

The apartment has two floors. From the street, you go in through the garage and then go up some stairs to get to the door of the apartment. On the lower floor there is an open-plan space with a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, stove, small electric oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, tableware, washing machine and a pantry.

Then there is a lounge-dining room with a dining table and chairs, a large sofa, TV, coffee table and sideboard, and large sliding doors leading to the large terrace. This space has outdoor furniture - a table and 4 chairs, a sunlounger and sunshade, and lovely views. It is the ideal place to relax, enjoy the good weather and eat outside. From the lower-floor terrace, you can go up some stairs at the side of the apartment to reach a second terrace on the upper floor with sunloungers and plants.

Going upstairs, you get to the 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and beautiful views of the coast, and the other one with two single beds, wardrobe and access to a secluded terrace and views. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink, and a separate toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are available.

Fans, vacuum cleaner, ironing table and iron.

A parking place inside the common garage. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No pets allowed.

Outside: 2 terraces with outdoor furniture - table and 4 chairs, sun loungers, sunshade, plants and views.

1 Bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. Separate toilet and sink. Towels.

2 Bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, the other one with two single beds, bedside tables, reading lamps, built-in wardrobes, a small desk and chair. Bed linen.

Kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, stove, small electric oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, tableware, and washing machine. Pantry space.

Lounge-dining room: sofa, TV (French), coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs, sideboard.

Others: washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron. Parking place in communal garage. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Pets are not allowed.



Location

Grifeu beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Llançà area. It offers a wide range of services to visitors, and is also unique because it is the only beach with fine golden sand in this part of the Costa Brava.

From Grifeu you can join the coastal path which goes as far as El Port de la Selva, ideal for going on excursions with the family and exploring the hidden beauty spots of the Costa Brava.
