Apartment

The apartment has two floors and you get to the front door from the street along a terrace with views. On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, and 1 full bathroom with a hydromassage shower. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Going downstairs, there is a lounge-dining room and kitchen and terrace with outdoor furniture. The lounge-dining room has a dining table and 4 chairs, sofa, coffee table, TV, decorative fireplace and doors leading to the terrace. Kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee capsule machine, toaster, kettle and tableware.

The outside areas include a long terrace with outdoor furniture - sofa, armchairs, low table, parasol - and spectacular views. Upstairs, connecting the apartment with the street, is a second terrace with a table and 4 chairs.

Washing machine, air-conditioning in the lounge-dining room, fans, electric radiators. Parking in the street. No animals allowed.

Please note that the last 2 km leading to the holiday home are undergoing road improvement works.

Location:

The apartment is located 1500 m from the beach, in the Super Fener residential area, in the upper zone between Llançà and Port de la Selva.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
