This home was once the beloved residence of Chico - a classic Sevillano who played for Real Betis and lived for music, art, and laughter. His joy lit up the barrio, and his home still carries that spirit. Casa Chico offers guests a cozy, authentic Sevillian experience wrapped in charm and character.

Casa Chico consists of two conjoined private living spaces, ideal for couples, mixed groups, or families. Each unit has its own private entrance, yet the interiors connect to form a unified, inviting townhouse. Each space includes a private bedroom and bathroom.

The home features two queen-sized beds and two queen-sized sofa-beds to accommodate 4+4 guests. Below are just a few of the updated amenities designed for ease and comfort:

Floor 0 (Ground Level):

• Spiral staircase leads to a bedroom with a double bed and large wardrobe
• Adjacent room with a working desk
• Full bathroom with walk-in shower

APARTMENT 2
Floor 2:

• Smart TV and dining table with chairs

TERRACE
Next to Apartment 2 is a small rooftop terrace with outdoor seating and a laundry room featuring two washing machines.

STAIRS
Casa Chico is not suitable for elderly guests or those with reduced mobility. Access to Apartment 2 is via a separate staircase at the end of the house - no need to pass through Apartment 1. Please review the photos carefully, as the stairs are steep. The property is rented as a single unit and not divided between guests.

Casa Chico is nestled within Sevilla’s historic city wall, placing you in the heart of the old Santa Cruz quarter. Located on the picturesque Calle Virgen de la Luz, the home is just a short walk from the Cathedral and the Alcázar Royal Palace.
