It is well located in the historic centre, about a 25 minute walk from the Cathedral, in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville. Suitable for up to 6 guests. NO reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties (see booking conditions).
The interiors are modern and bright. Neutral colors, stone and parquet flooring, original artwork and contemporary design furniture create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is on the second and third floor of a quiet residential building. With 130sqm inside + 100sqm of outdoor space.
On the lower floor is the resting area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom No.1 has a king size double bed (1.60x2.10m). En-suite bathroom with a rain showerhead, which provides a pleasant rain-like feel. Bedroom No.2 has a double bed (1.40x2.00m) and bedroom No.3 another double bed (1.35x1.90m).
The second bathroom is next to bedrooms 2 and 3. With a bathtub, overhead shower, bidet, washbasin and WC.
On the upper level is the living space and terrace. The living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 rocking chairs and a table which can be lowered and used as a coffee table or raised for dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with all main utensils for cooking and high-quality appliances. Oven, washing machine and dishwasher included.
