Found on the first floor of the imposing Centro Colón building, this modern one-bedroom apartment has been carefully decorated by our interior design team, and is ideal for a single person or a couple. The spacious property offers guests the perfect combination of comfort and style. With fantastic views out to the Plaza Villa de París, the living room is open-plan in design and incorporates a comfortable sitting room and dining table that seats up to four people. The adjacent kitchen comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay.

The dining area comes with a round dining table and seats up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open-plan to the living room. The bedroom features a double bed (1,50m x 2,00m), built-in closets and en-suite bathroom with shower. The entire apartment has wooden floors.
All the properties we manage are intended to meet temporary non-touristic accommodation needs and comply with the requirements established by current regulations, including those set forth in Royal Decree 1312/2024.

To formalize any stay, it is mandatory to sign a rental agreement specifying the purpose of the trip. Refusal to sign this agreement may be considered sufficient grounds for cancelling the reservation.
