This cosy apartment with a capacity of up to 6 people and located on the first floor of a building without a lift is an excellent choice for families wishing for a comfortable and convenient stay in an accessible location.



The living-dining room is a bright space with a double sofa bed, television and dining table perfect for spending time in the company of your loved ones, direct access to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and cooking utensils.



It has two comfortable rooms, each equipped with two double beds, providing a relaxing environment for a good rest. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower, which provides additional privacy. In addition, there is another full bathroom with a shower near the living room.



This accommodation has WIFI, heating and television.

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival
