Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located in the heart of the historic centre on Rioja street, just a few steps away from the most popular shopping streets (Velázquez, Sierpes and Tetuán), and 500 metres from the Cathedral.

The bright living room has 2 sofas, a central table and TV. Two windows allow plenty of light in. Next to the living room is the dining area with a large table and chairs. The galley kitchen in the entrance area is well equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering.

The master bedroom has a double bed (1.35 x 1.90m), large wardrobe and two windows facing pedestrian Rioja street. En-suite bathroom complete with shower. The second bedroom is just by the main apartment entrance door and features two single beds (0.90 x 1.90m) placed together. Window to a quiet interior courtyard. There is also a separate second bathroom, with shower.

Other features: marble flooring, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living-room, and free wireless internet. You will receive the access code on your arrival.

The apartment is on the second floor with elevator.

Our recommendation: The apartment offers an unusual amount of privacy for the two bedrooms: The bedroom which has the bathroom en-suite, has a second, independent entrance from the staircase of the building (see floorplan). At the same time, it is connected to rest of the apartment through the living room.
