Villa Puig Petit is located in a quiet area of the Balearic countryside, close to the golf course in the town of Pollensa, just a few minutes drive from the town. Two neighbouring villas are located close to this property, from which it is separated by a large garden area and several hedges, thus maintaining its own privacy and independence.

Villa Puig Petit boasts an elegant swimming pool and a lovely terrace, as well as a garden surrounded by beautiful views. Also worthy of mention are the covered terrace and the patio at the back of the house, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors (which you can cook yourself on the covered barbecue).

As for the interior of the house, it is worth mentioning that there is a living-dining room separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The house has a traditional style, and has A/C in all rooms (following energy saving and efficiency initiatives, the air conditioning can only be used from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. - these hours cannot be extended or changed). There is a double room that communicates with the terrace, a full bathroom, and a double room with a modern, recently built en-suite bathroom.

The pool area is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a pleasant stay.

Finally, it is worth noting that the property offers Wi-Fi Internet connection in the main house.
