This convenient location provides easy access to Old Town Pollensa, Pollensa Golf course and the beautiful beaches at Port de Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The house sleeps 6 guests and consists of two floors with only the ground floor available to rent. Inside, the decoration is rustic in style with wood beam ceilings, tiled floors, white-washed walls and some antique furnishings. The accommodation comprises a lounge/dining room, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one double, two twins and a shared family bathroom. Through the outside terrace, a door leads into the kitchen which is fitted with all the necessary electrical appliances. Adjacent is a huge traditional kitchen/barbeque house equipped with work surfaces, a sink, dining furniture, fireplace and built-in barbecue and wood oven. A second exterior modern bathroom and utility area with laundry facilities complete the house. Outside, an established garden and a sun terrace with loungers surround a private swimming pool, perfect for lazy days relaxing in the sunshine.
