This modern, spacious, and newly redecorated villa is the ideal choice for hosting large groups, accommodating up to 14 people with ease. Perfect for family reunions, groups of friends, or golf trips, it offers the ultimate in comfort and convenience.

The villa features 6 stylish bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. There are 5 double beds and 4 single beds in total, with one of the bedrooms offering a large family room equipped with both a double bed and two single beds.

Upon entering, you'll step down into a cozy, modern lounge with an open fireplace, soft lighting, a 65” smart TV, and stunning views of the garden and private pool. Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area, leading to a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with an island and bar stools, ideal for entertaining.

The villa opens up to a large semi-covered terrace with a wooden dining table that comfortably seats 14 guests, along with a built-in barbecue and a table tennis setup. The secluded garden offers a private pool, a perfect place to relax and cool off, plus another terrace with a chill-out sofa area—ideal for enjoying a glass of wine or relaxing in the shade on hot summer days.

The lower level houses three additional guest bedrooms: two double rooms with en-suite shower rooms, as well as a spacious family room with a double bed on one side and two single beds on the other. This room also includes an en-suite shower room and a walk-in closet.

The villa also offers convenient parking just outside the property.

Located just a short walk from the Real Club de Paddle and a small supermarket, and only a pleasant 25-minute stroll to the nearest beach, this villa is perfectly positioned for both relaxation and adventure.
