The living area has a large L-shaped sofa, there is an indoor dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace features stunning designer furniture with a chill-out lounge, a dining area next to the BBQ, and an array of sunbeds surrounding the pool.



There is one bedroom downstairs and three upstairs. The double ensuite bedroom downstairs has garden views and access to the garden and pool area. Upstairs, the Master (ensuite), twin-room and double bedroom all have access to the upstairs terrace which enjoys breath-taking sea and mountain views. Here you can savour the sunsets relaxing on the comfy lounge furniture.



Further features include underfloor heating throughout, an interior and exterior alarm system, Hot/Cold Aircon, very good high speed internet (with extenders), gated parking for 2 cars, and optional pool heating (at an additional cost).
