This beautiful renovated Andalusian style villa is situated in a lovely residential area in Cabopino, Marbella.

The villa with a large private secluded garden is just 5mins walk to the beach with new wooden walkways, which can be used either for direct access to the beach or simply as footpath to follow the Dunes de Artola.

The ground floor has a very nice living room with comfortable sofa and smart TV, large modern wooden dining corner, fully equipped kitchen, one en-suite bedroom and a small room with desk and chair, which can be used as an office. The utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is just behind the kitchen

The lounge and en-suite room lead directly to the terrace, garden and private 8 x 4 m pool. During the winter months the pool is heated, so you can enjoy a nice swim every month of the year. Whether during Christmas time or Easter.

New guest toilet can be accessed directly from the terrace through a small corridor.

Another double bedroom, a twin room with a shared bathroom and a master en suite bedroom with king size bed are located on the first floor with access to a huge terrace with beautiful views. The terrace is very nicely furnished. You can relax there by reading a book, having a cup of tea or just chill on sunbeds.

The terrace and garden area are nicely furnished, just next to the private pool, enabling your full enjoyment by outdoor sofa, armchair, al fresco dining and sunbeds with umbrellas.

The villa has a great location. It's about 4 minutes walk from various beaches, 5 mins away from the famous Nikki beach, a few minutes walk from the Cabopino marina where you can find a lot of nice restaurants, bars and shops. Definitely one of the best Sunday roast in Marbella.

There is an easy access to the A-7 motorway, just less than a minute drive. Famous Puerto Banus Marina is only 15 mins drive, 12 mins to Marbella, 20 mins to Malaga Airport.
