Welcome to this charming space surrounded by green spaces and with good access, strategically located next to the exit of the Arrona Highway and very close to the coast of Gipuzkoa and the Urola Valley, with the Loiola Shrine, the Basque railway museum and the Ekain caves, a world heritage site. There you can enjoy an extensive garden plot, sunbathe, rest in a chill out space with sofas, grill or rest in typical hammocks hanging between trees. It's in the Arrona district of Zestoa, but it's closer to Zumaia and the coast. In this way it is a perfect place to establish a residence, if the intention is to know the Basque Country, as long as you want to leave this wonderful place, which will be almost everything for rest and enjoy this charming place.

The field is the space of a building that has neither a kitchen nor a living room. It has two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. In one of the bedrooms is an office with a small fridge, a coffee machine, a stove and a microwave to heat food, drink and bottles. So it's perfect for stays that just go home and sleep, but enjoy everything that the outside of the house offers.

It's a two-bedroom apartment for five people. In one of the bedrooms there is a conjugal bed and an individual bed, with a full private bathroom, to which the office is added. This bedroom has a small couch, a 1.35m sofa bed, and a rocking chair to enjoy the rest. The other room is similar, but it has only one bed, with all its private bathroom and a rocking chair. Both rooms have wardrobe to store clothes.

It is an ideal place to rest and enjoy the views of the mountains surrounding the building. It's also important to make it clear that access is digitized and that keys are not delivered by hand. To do this, an application must be downloaded with code that can be shared during the stay. In addition, check in will be required before entering the same app to activate the key, and a bond will be required that will be paid online with the credit card after booking and will be returned at the end of the stay.
