Welcome to this charming house, surrounded by green areas and with comfortable access, strategically located next to the exit of the highway, in Arroa, very close to the Gipuzcoan coastal and the Urola valley, surrounded by the Loyola Sanctuary, the Basque railway museum and the Ekain caves, a world heritage site, among others. There you can enjoy an extensive garden plot to sunbathe, rest in a chill out space with sofas, prepare a barbecue, play with slides in the children's area, or rest in typical hammocks hanging between trees. It's all in the Zestoa Basin, but closer to Zumaia and the coast. In this way, it is a perfect place to establish a residence, if you plan to meet the Basque Country, as long as you want to leave this spectacular home, which will have almost everything to rest and enjoy a charming place.

Zelaikoa Goikoa is the upper part of the building, the most complete and the largest of its two houses. Ideal for different families or groups of friends. It penetrates a few steps, and from there it enters a vast space, with a fully equipped kitchen, all sorts of appliances, a salamander, and an old economic kitchen, which cannot be used, it is only as ornament. Along with the wooden pieces of the furniture and the stone on the walls, they provide warmth, while reminding us of the ancient farms of the Basque Country. It has a hall or reception room and four private bedrooms with a wedding bed, each with its own complete bathroom, three showers and one bathtub. All rooms have different decorations, and one of them has a flower mural and LED lights, as well as a small couch and air fan in each room. It also has a washing machine, shelves for hanging clothes and a large living room with sofas and television to enjoy the rest.

So it's a flat for eight people, and you can enjoy the common areas that you have to share with the lower house. The building area has large gardens to sunbathe in, a covered cottage as a chill out area, a barbecue at the expense of whoever uses the material, a playground and wooden tables to eat outdoors or have breakfast. An ideal place to rest and enjoy everything the building offers. It's important to make it clear that access is digitized and that keys are not delivered by hand. To do this, an application must be downloaded with code that can be shared during the stay.
