This stylish 2-bedroom flat is located in a contemporary building within a secure gated community with swimming pool in Calpe. It boasts a prime location just 700 meters from the beach, ensuring quick and easy access to the beautiful Mediterranean coastline. Additionally, it is approximately a 20-minute walk from the famous Peñon de Ifach, known for its breathtaking views and scenic hiking trails.

Important notice: On Wednesdays and Saturdays, from 8 am to 2 pm, there is a street market on the main road near the apartment, therefore, the road gets blocked, making it impossible to exit the garage. If you check out on Wednesday or Saturday, please remember to take the car out of the garage beforehand.

Please note:

1: Smoking and pets are not allowed.

2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 persons; exceeding this number is prohibited.

3. The apartment is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited at all times.

4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you will need to restock them yourself.
