The bungalow Dora in Calpe has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. It is located in a residential area with a lot of tranquility and a community pool.



Distribution of the house:



The accommodation is 120 m² beautiful and has sea and mountain views. Facing south-east, the bungalow has two floors, a main floor with a living room with air conditioning, kitchen open to the living room with a small gallery where is the washing machine and the thermos, a courtesy bathroom with toilet and sink and a nice terrace with beautiful open views where you can see beautiful sunsets. Going down some internal stairs we arrive to the bedroom area where we find the main bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, bathroom en suite with bath and exit to a terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning and the third bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. On the ground floor we also find a complete bathroom with shower.



Outside of the bungalow:



With a plot of approximately 200 m2, at the entrance to the house we find a closed parking area and another open one at the door of the house (total 2 parking spaces). A terrace at the exit to the living room and another terrace on the ground floor which can be accessed from inside the house or by an outside staircase. The house has a portable barbecue.



The entrance to the residential area is closed with a communal electric door, it has a communal swimming pool area with a children's pool for the youngest members of the house, showers and an area with sunbeds and parasols. The residential has a total of 18 bungalows, but only 14 use the communal pool, which makes it a very quiet place with little traffic.

It is located 500 m from the sandy beach of Puerto Blanco, 500 m from the cove Les Urques, and from restaurants, 1.5 km to the village of Calpe, 76 km from the airport "Aeropuerto de Alicante-Elche, 03195 L'Altet, Alicante" and is located in an ideal area for families.
