The distribution of this Apartment in Barcelona near the Arc de Triomf with Pool for 8 is an 85 m² apartment located on one of the floors of a building that offers extensive amenities, such as a community pool on the fifth floor and an elevator for greater comfort. The main space of the apartment is divided into different rooms that include a living room, a dining room and a kitchen accessible from a bar.

In the living-dining room, you will find a double sofa-bed, ideal to accommodate two additional people. A sliding door separates a sunny room from the living room. The apartment consists of three rooms in total: the main room has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the other two rooms have access to a small terrace with table and chairs, and are equipped with single trundle beds. It also has another bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, electric kettle, oven, fridge and freezer, and ceramic hob. You will also have at your disposal an iron, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer for your convenience. In addition, the apartment has free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected throughout your stay.

-: The remaining tourist tax must be paid atleast 2 days before check-in by online check-in system or on arrival.

-: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
