Located in Can Picafort, just a few steps from the sea, this charming three-story house provides an idyllic getaway for up to six people.
Outside, the three terraces invite you to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean weather. From the main terrace, you can delight in outdoor dining, sunbathing, or simply resting with a drink after a day at the beach. With nearby neighbours, the property offers a cosy experience while still maintaining a connection with the local environment.

Inside, the charm continues with a bright living room equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV. The dining area, integrated with the living room, creates a cosy atmosphere for sharing meals. The kitchen, with induction hob, and the separate laundry room ensure a comfortable stay. The three bedrooms, all on the first floor and with air conditioning, offer spacious closets. The first one has a double bed, while the other two have two single beds each. There is a bathroom on each floor, both with showers, and on the top level, you will find a toilet next to a terrace with stunning views. If you're travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

Can Picafort offers an ideal setting for strolling along its wide promenade or its fine sand. In the evenings, when the sea breeze calms down, you can enjoy a refreshing drink at a beachfront chiringuito. Although it buzzes with life in summer, it retains its peaceful charm. To explore livelier beaches, coves, shops, and restaurants, you can head to Port d'Alcudia or even to the capital, Palma. Diversity of experiences is guaranteed!
