Fantastic villa with swimming pool in Muro



Capacity for 6 people.

Spacious and bright living room with garden view, offers satellite TV and WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen, connected to the dining room.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.



Beautiful exterior, covered terrace with comfortable sofas, large 10x6 metre swimming pool, a jacuzzi next to the pool, sun loungers, barbecue, games area and dining area in good weather.

There is also an outdoor bathroom and shower.

All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

Important note about electricity consumption: Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of air conditioning is not included in the accommodation price.

Please note that the gardener will have access to the outdoor area one or several times a week to maintain the garden and pool.
