There is also a separate bathroom with shower. The secondary bedrooms do not have air conditioning.



Outside, the villa is set on a pleasant plot with various plants and trees, offering privacy and tranquillity. The private rectangular swimming pool measures 8x4 metres and features Roman steps and an outdoor shower. A built-in barbecue is available for outdoor dining. The property also includes a utility room with washing machine and parking space for two vehicles within the fully enclosed plot.
