The apartment is located right in the middle of the traditional Eixample quarter and it is within walking distance to Plaza España and the Magic Fountain Show on one side and Plaza Universidad and Plaza Cataluña, the very heart of the city, on the other.
This location is ideal for travellers who want to explore as much of the city as possible and make the most of their time in Barcelona since it is within walking distance from most of the tourist, cultural and historical attractions in the city center. Furthermore, it is extremelly well connected by public transportation with many different metro stations sorrounding the apartment.

- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 300€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The apartment is equipped with a noise detector, which is NOT recording and it's only function is to detect very high levels of noise, which helps to prevent any possible issues with neighbors in case of inappropriate behavior in the apartment. By agreeing with the House Rules you accept the presence of the devices in the apartment and agree that they don't breach your privacy rights.
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
