Villa Suarí is located just a short drive from the town of Pollença, as well as the beautiful beaches of Pto. Pollensa.





This two-storey villa has been decorated in a local and traditional style. The main door leads to a spacious living-dining room with wooden beams, furnished with two sofas and an armchair to relax or watch television. In addition we also find a dining area with table and chairs.





The kitchen is independent and is decorated with dark wood furniture. It has an electric oven, gas stove, coffee maker and refrigerator, and communicates with a rear terrace.





From the living room there is a staircase that gives access to the second floor, where the rooms are located: two double rooms with wooden beams and views of the countryside, a double bedroom and a single room. All rooms share the two bathrooms in the house





Outside we find a terrace with garden furniture and a traditional cover, where there is also a barbecue. From the terrace we can enjoy the views of the pool and the mountains and enjoy meals outdoors.
