Villa Piedra is a fantastic semi-detached country house located in the beautiful area of Bóquer, close to Puerto Pollensa and its beaches. The property has been recently renovated, and during the restoration work both the original distribution of the house and the original decoration have been respected with taste and care.

The property is sheltered, in its back, by imposing mountains. It is a cool house, thanks in part to its thick walls, although it has air conditioning. The decor is rustic in style, and even some of the furniture is original from when the property was first built.

The house is distributed in two heights. On the ground floor there is a spacious dining room. The kitchen combines traditional design with modern fittings such as electric hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. The ground floor communicates with the barbecue area, located next to some terraces that enjoy beautiful views of the mountains. Next to the barbecue there is also an outside bathroom.

For its part, the rooms are on the top floor. There are two double bedrooms (one of them with a complete bathroom en-suite), a double bedroom, and a second complete bathroom.

The garden and pool area are really well laid out.On the terraces there is a predominance of stone (hence the name of the property), and from the pool you can enjoy fantastic views over the bay of Puerto de Pollensa.

Villa Piedra is a traditional house with a lot of character. It is located in a quiet area, and is ideal for both families and groups of friends. It should also be noted that it is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca, making it an unbeatable option for those who like hiking, cycling, hiking... The town of Pollensa is just 10 minutes away by car , while you can walk to Puerto Pollensa and its beaches.
