About This Property
Beautiful modern style house with private pool and stunning sea views located in a very quiet residential area just 3 km from Canyelles beach, 5 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 10 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 6 people.
The house has several outdoor terrace areas where you can contemplate the views of the bay and enjoy outdoor meals and dinners. The pool is private (8x4m). There is an outdoor parking area, private garden, and a children's play area. Portable barbecue.
Interior area of 166 m2 in an open concept joining the living room (TV), dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has a large island with a breakfast area, and is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). It has 2 double bedrooms (1.80mx2m and 1.40mx2m), 1 room with bunk beds and 1 study. In addition, it has 1 bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower.
Free WiFi.
Optional heating with a supplement: 50€/week.
This property is only for families. No bookings for young people under 35 are accepted.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is divided into three levels, connected by interior stairs, with a safety railing on the top floor (day area with access to the pool).
Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming medieval walled town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches.
Conditions for groups
- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)
Tourist tax
Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
