Apartment

The apartment has a total of 4 single beds, 3 double beds and a double sofa bed (maximum capacity: 12 people).
THE PLACE:
Its distribution is as follows:
Upon entering we find the living room where there is the sofa bed as well as TV and stylish table.
Then there is the kitchen that is fully equipped with everything to cook (utensils, glasses, cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, pans, pots, etc.), as well as salt, oil and products so that guests can prepare their own breakfast: coffee, sugar, tea, chocolate, coffee maker, water heater and toaster.
Room layout:
Room 1: Room with bunk bed and sinlge bed (3 single beds in total), wardrobe, hot / cold air conditioning and window.
Room 2: Large room with 2 double beds (1.50x2), hot / cold air conditioning, wardrobe and window.
Room 3: Double bed below and single bed above, hot / cold air conditioning, wardrobe and window.
If we enter to the apt and go to the left we find the two bathrooms. Both bathrooms are identical, complete with shower, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer and iron.
Lounge area with hot / cold air conditioning.
All beds are equipped with adjustable sheets, duvet & duvet cover.
Super fast WIFI (fiber optic).

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The Gran Vía is one of the nerve centers of Madrid and in it you can find atmosphere at any time of the day throughout the year.
It is one of the main streets of Madrid (Spain). It is an important landmark in the city seen from the commercial, tourist and leisure point of view.
In this last aspect it is famous for its cinemas, so the section between the Plaza de Callao and that of Spain is known as "Broadway from Madrid".
