Split across two floors, all rooms are furnished with double beds and have access to the terraces. Playful and cozy, tastefully decorated, they fully meet your well-being. The property provides towelsand bed linen.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious hall and splendid entrance, a living room with a fireplace, dining room, 2 double bedroomswith a covered terrace, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a pantryand laundry room, plus a guest toilet completes the ground floor accommodation. You can enjoy your international TV programsvia satellite TV, and internet browsing is free through Wi-Fi.

Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms, one with an extra-large double bed, a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom, and a covered terracewhere you will have spectacular views of the port. The villa has air conditioningand central heating.

The villa is ideal for families. There is a safe. Non-smoking villa; however, smoking is allowed on the terrace.

A beautiful gardensurrounds the property, where you can play ping-pongor lie on sunbedsunder the shade of the trees.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.



- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.



- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.



- Arrival outside opening hours:



a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;



b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.

Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).
