The 150 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, television, air conditioning in the bedrooms, as well as a washing machine. There is also a private sauna available on the property. A baby cot and high chair are also provided. This holiday rental features a private outdoor area with a pool, hot tub, garden, covered terrace, barbecue and outdoor shower.



The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance. There is a parking space available on the premises. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms and free use is from 21:00 to 9:00; for other arrangements, you can consult with the owners and it will be provided as far as possible.
