It consists of a large bright living room with open kitchen, fully equipped. Two bedrooms equipped with a double bed each in antique wood and equipped with a comfortable mattress. At your disposal two modern bathrooms, one of them ensuite, highlighting the beautiful tiles of the work shower.

The farm "Son Julià" is surrounded by countryside and small forests. It can be defined as the ideal place to disconnect and enjoy magnificent views as well as the pleasures of the countryside. Large porch attached to the house with large table and barbecue, outdoor pool and umbrella. It also has several sun loungers near the pool as well as a small table with 4 chairs in front of the house. In the furthest part of the house is an impressive stone table in the shade of the trees suitable for an outdoor picnic.
Surroundings:
The property is located near the monastery of Montesión, 2 km from Porreres, whose origin dates back to the fourteenth century. The sanctuary is located at the top of the mountain next to the chapel and the cloister, offering spectacular views over the Manacor area.
Weekly market in Porreres every Tuesday morning.
The nearest beaches are located in the southern and eastern part of the island, half an hour from the farm: coves of Mallorca and Sa Rapita.
There are several quality vineyards and numerous wineries in the vicinity of Porreres such as Son Artigues or Ca'n Feliu.
