The townhouse Rafal is located on a quiet street in the village of Porreres and extends over three floors. From the main entrance, a staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find a spacious living/dining room and an open-plan kitchen with access to a terrace . A washing machine and dryer are located on the terrace. This floor also includes two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. An internal staircase leads to the top floor, where the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and separate shower is located. This floor also features a large playroom for children.

On the ground floor, there is a garage with space for two cars. From the garage, you can access the rear of the house, where a veranda with a ceiling fan leads to an additional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, sink, and large refrigerator.

Full bathroom.

This area features a pool with a sunshade and wide steps where you can sit and relax in the water, similar to a beach. There is also an artificial turf area next to the pool.

An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is located next to the pool.

Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms with fixed and limited operating times.
