The Cathedral is only 10-15 minutes' walk away - making it a great starting point to explore the city of Seville. Suitable for 4 guests.

The elegant interiors are decorated in a classic style combined with modern elements. Spacious rooms are fitted with air-conditioning (cooling / heating) and marble flooring.

The living room has a small balcony facing the street. It is furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 4 chairs. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.

The kitchen is equipped with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering, including oven, dishwasher and washing-machine.

A corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (150 x 190 cm), a fitted wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (135 x 190 cm) and a fitted wardrobe. Both rooms face the back of the apartment and are very quiet to sleep.

From the corridor is the access to the second bathroom, also with a walk-in shower.

Spiral stairs lead up to the private terrace. It is furnished and decorated with plants and garden furniture: sofa, chairs, table and a canopy to give shade.

The apartment is on the second floor of a residential building, with elevator.
