Apartment with two bedrooms and private terrace. It is centrally located near Plaza de la Encarnación, just about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral.

The interiors are modern and bright. Parquet flooring and contemporary design furniture create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is distributed over 2 levels and overlooks the central patio of the house.

On the main floor is the living area with a sofa, armchair, central table and TV. Adjacent is the dining area with a table and chairs. The modern kitchen, with separate entrance, is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances, oven and dishwasher included.

There is a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine, next to the kitchen.

Stairs lead up to the 2 bedrooms, bathroom and private terrace. Bedroom 1 has twin beds (90 x 190cm) and a dressing room. Bedroom 2 has twin beds (90 x 190cm) and a fitted wardrobe. Between both rooms is the bathroom with a bathtub and shower head.

Large sliding doors give direct access onto the private terrace, from one of the bedrooms. Terrace with table, chairs and parasol.

The apartment is on the first / second floors of a contemporary building, with elevator. Despite being in the centre of the city, it is quiet and peaceful - perfect for getting away from it all.
