Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is centrally located on Av. Menéndez Pelayo, on the edge of the Jewish Quarter, just opposite to the Murillo Gardens. The Cathedral is only 10 minutes' walk away - making it a great starting point to explore the city of Seville. Suitable for up to 4 guests.

The interiors are of exceptional quality and finish and are decorated in an uncluttered, contemporary style. There is central air conditioning with cooling and heating, wooden flooring and double-glazed windows. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, central table and TV. Dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen forms part of the living area and is fully equipped with all main utensils and appliances: oven and dishwasher included. The washing machine is inside one of the bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 has twin beds (90x190cm) and a fitted wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. Bedroom 2 also has twin beds (90x190cm) and a fitted wardrobe.

Next to bedroom 2, is the second bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. The washing machine is stored underneath the washbasin.

The apartment is on the first floor of a residential building fully renovated in 2019, with elevator. A total of four balconies face the Av. Menéndez Pelayo. It a busy avenue but the apartment provides good insulation and noise reduction. Across the avenue are the Murillo Gardens, one of the most beautiful parks in Seville.
