At IMMO PRESTIGE, we present to you: Vacay Villa Lin
Is a beautiful well-equipped and modern house, with private pool
and sun loungers, terrace equipped with table and chairs, wifi .

You can walk to Riells beach, at a distance of 15min on foot.
The Riells beach is ideal for families with children because of its shallow depth, and where they will find a variety of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and at night on the activities and party promenade. The house is a few meters from the Natural Park of Las Termes where you can go hiking, walking, cycling through the mountains, until reaching Cala Montgó.



Outside the house we find the seasonal outdoor pool space (6m x 3m and depth 1.50m) outdoor shower, 4 sun loungers.

The entrance with porch and a terrace equipped with table and chairs, which gives access to the interior of the house.



The maximum capacity is 6 people (ideally 4 adults + 2 children).

Ground floorLiving-dining room: it has a modern and comfortable sofa, with TNT TV, national and foreign channels, Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning*.
Kitchen: in the same space, well-equipped and modern, the kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas stove, washing machine, coffee maker, electric hot water tank.
Bathroom: with shower, WC, sink.
Bedrooms:

The property offers three sleeping areas, distributed as follows:

Ground floor:

1 bedroom with a 150 cm bed.
1 bedroom with a bunk bed (2 beds of 90 cm each).
First floor(access via spiral staircase):

Open space with 2 single beds (90 cm) and direct access to the terrace.

Parking: Private parking space available, for 1 car.
Pets: 1 Pet allowed, with prior notice to the agency. Supplement may apply.
Wifi: Available.
Air conditioning: Available, split salon.
Electric Car: Charging electric cars is NOT allowedin the accommodations. However, in l'Escala there are specific charging points available for your convenience.
Party and events: Please note that parties and events are not allowed in the accommodation.
Noise-free hours: 10 pm - 8 am Respect the quiet hours for the well-being of the neighbours.
