The very quiet house, with very neat finishes, dominates L’ESCALA with a magnificent view of the bay of ROSAS until CADAQUES and the MONTGO calanque.
A large natural and wooded park by the sea is below the house, ideal for morning run.
The beaches are nearby here.

On the ground floor overlooking the garden you find two bedrooms and a bathroom, with WC.

At the intermediate level there are the entrance of the house, the pool, a main kitchen, a large living and dining room, a bedroom with a large bed, and a bathroom with bathtub, shower, bidet, and toilet.
A secondary kitchen serves the pool side, and an independent toilet with sink complete this level.
All these rooms overlook a large terrace partly covered and shaded at noon, with a large table for meals and, of course, a magnificent post card view.

The upper level has a second large terrace with a breathtaking view, a library living room, a large bedroom with a dressing room base, a second bedroom with two simple beds, and a third bathroom with shower, bathtub bidet and WC.
