The apartment is newly renovated. The distribution is spectacular, with a living room of 50 square meters integrated with the kitchen. All the decoration is design. The house has 2 terraces, which makes it very bright, both in the morning, as in the afternoon (it is oriented in 2 different directions).
It overlooks the castle (beautifully lit at night), and a park.
It is in a very quiet neighborhood, but very central (walk to everywhere).

The whole property is rented, so that the whole house is accessible by the guests (3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 terraces ...)
In addition, they can logically access the common landing, and the elevator.

We have a parking space also that is rented separately if necessary.

Attention to the guests

I love my city, and I know it well. I love being able to help the guests, and teach them all the secrets so that they can enjoy their stay to the fullest (better views, better beaches, where to eat, where to have breakfast ...)
