Inspired by the Danish concept of ‘hygge’, our flat invites you to enjoy moments of peace and connection in a warm and cosy atmosphere. It is newly renovated and has direct access from the street. It is very bright and consists of two rooms: a living-dining room with sofa bed and open kitchen; a master bedroom with a 150cm bed. The flat has a complete bathroom with shower. You will have 55‘ and 43’ TV in each room and air conditioning as well as free Wifi and a walk-in wardrobe in each room. In the kitchen you will have a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and an Italian coffee machine, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge, iron, hairdryer and everything you need to cook.
It is located in a quiet area with all kinds of small shops such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks... The Avda. de Alcoy is one of the main avenues in Alicante and, going down it, you will reach the promenade and the Postiguet beach in 14 minutes. Just a 9 minute walk away is the tram station, which will take you to San Juan Beach or Benidorm from where you can go to the TERRA MITICA theme park, among other destinations. Nearby places of interest include the Museum of Contemporary Art, St. Nicholas Cathedral and Explanada de España. The airport (Alicante - Elche Miguel Hernandez Airport) is 17 km away. In addition, the AVE train station is a 15-minute walk away.
