The apartment is about 60 square meters and is composed on 2 levels on the first floor the 2 balconies have a wonderful view of the sea and the village, and garden, the bedroom from the bed instead has a beautiful view of the pristine hills.
Its privileged position on a small hill overlooking the sea and the whole coast to the south, allows you to enjoy a spectacular panoramic view and benefit from the sea breeze; but from the garden you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the adjacent high hills which in Calabria degrade directly towards the sea. The villa is located within a small park consisting of 12 units with common green spaces. In the villa, surrounded by a private garden of about 800m, there are three apartments in total, one of which is my personal. The two apartments available are located at the 2 ends of the villa and each has a private garden / terrace area equipped for outdoor dining and with a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Inside the garden of the villa there is a beautiful private panoramic swimming pool that can be used by guests from Monday to Friday (open only in the summer months) in addition to the ping pong table and foosball table.

The apartment consists of two rooms with independent entrance from the garden. On the first floor living room with kitchenette and full bathroom with shower, ceiling fan, double sofa bed, the two balconies overlook the terrace equipped with table, chairs and umbrellas and armchairs for enjoying outdoor dining. A comfortable staircase leads to the bedroom with an attic double bed with a splendid window, wardrobe and small bathroom. A comfortable outdoor shower with hot and cold water allows you to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation.
