The apartment is on the ground floor, and has a large terrace at the level of about 70 square meters, equipped with awnings, and a large outdoor table. It consists of a large living room kitchen renovated in 2014, with a double sofa bed and a balcony with direct access to the terrace. A large hallway, separated with a door from the living room, leads to the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms, one consisting of a double bed plus an additional bed and the other with two beds. The bathroom is complete with tub and washing machine. Adjacent to the terrace, the apartment has a reserved parking space for 2 cars and, in addition, an outdoor shower.
The proximity to the beach, the town center, the bus and train station, make the house usable even for those who do not have a car. Access to the beach is via a comfortable flat road, and in the immediate vicinity there are all the basic necessities shops.
