Casa "Olivo" is an excellent solution for those wishing to spend relaxing holidays, immersed in the Mediterranean maquis of Gallura, a few kilometers from the sea. Located in the municipality of Aglientu, in the La Littighedda complex, the house is only 3 Km from the tourist village of Rena Majore equipped with all the main services (bar-tobacconist, supermarket, first aid, restaurants, pizzerias and the Neulaghe sports center with swimming pool, soccer fields and tennis ect.).
Just 3.50 km you can access the large and white beaches of the area and is 10 km from the village of Santa Teresa Gallura.
Casa "Olivo" is a four-room apartment composed of 3 large double bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. They are all equipped with wardrobes, air conditioning and each has a private entrance. The living area has a large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, sofas, TV and air conditioning. The bathrooms are all made in "CeraSarda" typical Sardinian ceramic and there is a washing machine.
The house has a large outdoor area consisting of a large garden with lawn, vineyard, olive trees and a beautiful stone lake with red fish and Japanese carp. There is a barbecue area with sink made of Sardinian granite, plus outdoor furniture.
