Villa

The villa is located in the truest part of Sardinia: untouched nature, endless beaches, sunshine around the clock, right next to picturesque and beautiful mountains, which invite you to go cycling and hiking. The villa is suitable for a large or 2 small families (it can be separated into 2 separate living units). In addition to the 10 sleeping options specified here, there are 3 additional beds as fold-out couches. The brand new 10x5m outdoor pool is located directly in front of the two large sun terraces, from where you can watch the children splash around, while you can enjoy a glass of our in-house wine or grape juice with a view of the sea (the wine field is immediately adjacent to the property). The villa is located on a 10,000 sqm fenced plot that offers space for lots of adventure. A car port for 2 cars keeps your vehicle cool even in summer. Wifi, TV and DVD player are available. Outdoor grill, table tennis and garden furniture as well.

Before arrival we will email you a long list of Google Maps locations with the most beautiful beaches, sights, activities, restaurants and shopping opportunities (which should keep you busy for 2 weeks). Sardinia is known for its endless beaches, which are far from overpopulation even in high season. Only 4 km from our house is the water sports station of Vignola Mare, a well-known windsurfing and kite spot.

The Villa is suited for one large or two small families (can be separated in 2 flats). Beside the 10 beds there are 3 further sleeping possibilities on couches. The brand new 10x5 pool is right in front of the 2 large terasses, so that you can enoy watching the kids in the pool while you enjoy the sea view and a glass of our home-made red wine or Grape Juice (wine-field right next to the house). The house is placed on a 10,000 square meter fenced terrain providing a lot of adventure for the kids. A car port for 2 vehicles keeps your cars cool throughout the summer. WiFi, TV and DVD player are available. Outside BBQ, table tennis as well as terrasse furniture are available as well.

Sardina is known for its endless beaches, which even in summer-time are far from being crowded. Only 4km away from our house there is a beach with a large watersport station (Vignola Mare being a top windsurf / kite spot)
