Antica Dimora San Filippo is located 7 km from Modica and 10 km from the sea. It is an old farmhouse divided into two parts, the manor house and the smaller apartments for 2 and for 4/5 guests.
Upon arrival we will be happy to offer you welcome food with tipical products and wines.

From the house you will enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the valley, which gently descends to the most beautiful beaches: those of Sampieri, Marina di Modica, Santa Maria del Focallo, Eloro-Vendicari as well as the island of Capo Passero

You will be well connected with Siracusa, Noto, Cava d'Ispica, Scicli and Camarina.

The accommodation in which we will host you, is independent and welcoming and is composed of two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a living area with kitchenette. It fits very well into a family vacation.

In the farm we produce extra virgin olive oil and we have prepared an organic vegetable garden for our guests. At your disposal large common areas and private parking.

With us, if you wish, you can taste the typical Bio cuisine, the savory breakfast with warm ricotta and cheeses or the fresh jams and homemade cakes.
