The accommodation has an area of 70 square meters on two floors. On the ground floor: kitchenette, dining area, bathroom, double bedroom and adjoining bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower. Upstairs a cozy sitting area with sofa bed and a double bedroom. Outside there are two verandas, one of which is equipped and a private garden which leads into the common swimming pool. Guests can use at their leisure all the common areas, including the barbecue area and the bowling green.
Surrounded by carob and olive trees I 5 Sensi will guarantee you a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Its location however will allow you to reach the beaches of Marina di Modica, Pozzallo and Sampieri in a few minutes or visit the suggestive villages of Scicli, Modica and Ragusa.
