In the center of Roncaro in Baveno, there is Coco. The house, completely restructured in wood and stone, is furnished with style. On the ground floor there is a private garden equipped with table, chairs, umbrella, sun beds and under the little arcade there is a barbecue and fountain. On this floor there are also 2 bedrooms: the first one has a double bed and the second has 2 single beds. The bathroom has bathtub/shower. Always on the same floor there is a little room with washing machine. After the stairs you reach the first floor, in which you can enter also by the principal entry. There are a hygienic service and a living room with salon, furnished with vintage furniture, satellite TV; here you can enjoy an amazing view of the lake and the Borromean Islands. In the living room there is an entrance to the long balcony equipped with table and chairs. After a spiral staircase, you can reach a well equipped kitchen and a dining area where you can enjoy a marvelous lake view. Villa Coco is a small oasis of peace, in only 5 minutes by car from the centre of Baveno with its lake, bars, restaurants, shops and port with boats for visiting the islands.
