The property is situated in the picturesque town of Baveno on the western shore of Lake Maggiore, just 50 meters / a 2-minute walk from the town\'s harbour, 200m from the train station and a 5-minute drive from Stresa.

Baveno is known for its historic villas, including the 19th-century Villa Fedora (a 7-minute walk). The villa’s gardens are now a public park which extends to the shoreline and a pretty beach, providing a peaceful escape for visitors all year round. Guests can also take a boat tour from the harbour to explore the three Borromean Islands, Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Isola dei Pescatori.

Families with children will enjoy Aquadventure Park (a 30-minute walk / 5-minute drive). Piazza della Chiesa and the historic Church of Santi Gervasio e Protasio (a 3-minute walk) are a must for lovers of art and culture.
