Recently constructed, the property boasts contemporary interiors crafted with refined elegance and sophisticated design. The living area and 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned. All windows have mosquito nets. 2 high chairs and 1 baby cot are available upon request. Pets are allowed upon request.

Basement: The basement houses the refined spa, accessible by reservation 24 hours in advance (for a fee). The wellness area includes a Turkish bath, sauna/hammam, comfortable loungers for relaxation, a bathroom with shower, and a practical laundry area. Guests can enjoy wellness treatments and massages for moments of complete relaxation and rejuvenation.

Ground floor: The ground floor features a bright and spacious open-plan living area, with large windows and French doors overlooking the garden. The space includes a dining area with a large table for 8 people, comfortable sofas, and a modern designer kitchen, fully equipped with a central island and wooden worktop, including oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, induction hob, blender, and toaster.

The sleeping area on the ground floor comprises 2 double bedrooms and a wardrobe, along with 2 bathrooms with showers and double sinks. Completing the floor is a delightful winter garden, perfect for relaxing moments and alfresco breakfasts, located directly in front of the outdoor hot tub.

First floor: The upper floor hosts 1 triple bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed) with an ensuite bathroom featuring shower and bathtub, and 1 dressing room with a single bed and an independent entrance (the only one without air conditioning).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Final cleaning; utilities (water, gas, electricity); tourist tax; Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Use of the spa: face treatment (45 minutes - 90,00€); body treatment (45 minutes - 90,00€); Thai oil massage (60 minutes - 100,00€); sauna and hammam (2 hours - 30,00€ per person, maximum 2 persons at times); full cycle wellness for one person or for a couple (2 hours - 150,00€ per person). Other extra services on request such as yoga lessons and home chef.

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
