The Space

Relax in this spacious and elegant apartment, located in a typical early 20th-century palazzo di ringhiera, a traditional Milanese building with open galleries, fully renovated in the early 2000s.

The windows overlook a quiet and secure ballatoio, offering an authentic Milanese living experience without sacrificing modern comforts.

Perfect for a solo traveler or a small group, the apartment provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. It includes a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with an additional double sofa bed. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a convenient workspace are also available.

The bathroom, large and private, is entirely at your disposal. Clean towels and bed linens are provided, so all you need to do is pack your bags and enjoy your stay.

For added convenience, guests have exclusive use of a private garage inside the building. The garage measures 2.20 m in height at the entrance, 2.00 m in width, and 5.65 m in depth, providing easy and worry-free parking during your stay.

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and the garage. Nothing is shared.

Other Things to Keep in Mind
Check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with self check-in available.

As required by Italian law, registration of all guests is mandatory. You will be asked to show an ID or passport (for EU citizens, a national ID card is sufficient).

High-quality bed linens and towels are included.

Air conditioning is available in both the living room and the bedroom. In summer, due to building regulations, it is not possible to set the temperature below 23 °C. There are no restrictions on heating.

Important: The Municipality of Milan applies a city tax of €9.50 per guest per night, collected at the time of booking and remitted to the city. Some categories are exempt: minors under 18, Milan residents, patients receiving medical treatment and their companions, post-hospitalization care recipients, people with disabilities, and Milan university students under 26.
If you or any of your guests qualify for an exemption, you are entitled to a refund. I will be happy to assist you with the necessary documentation and procedure.
